Instructions for Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers (4 pages standard, up to 6 pages max) including results, figures, and references. Papers must be original and not previously published.
The IWSSIP Organizing Committee is currently under negotiations to publish substantially expanded journal versions of selected IWSSIP 2026 conference contributions in dedicated Article/Special Collections in international journals, including Cogent Engineering and IET Computer Vision.

Detailed Guidelines

1 Review Process: Each paper will be blind reviewed by at least two independent reviewers and evaluated with special attention to its originality, significance, and clarity.

2 Camera-Ready Paper: Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers’ recommendations for revising it. When you are done with the revision, please print out your camera-ready paper and carefully proofread it.

3 IEEE PDF eXpress: All conference articles must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification.
